We would like to say a massive thank you to the Robs for the excellent work they have put in on bathroom and en-suite.

The en-suite had been, by a previous house owner, turned into a kitchenette and the main bathroom had a sloping ceiling/roofline meaning that any installation of shower was problematic.

It was the Robs that suggested moving the hot water tank (replacing it, in fact) under the sloping ceiling and using the freed-up space to accommodate the shower. We also suffered from low water pressure, so a pressure vessel was recommended both for the showers and the general water flow throughout the house.

All the challenges the work threw up, the boys met head on and worked out a solution, nothing seemed to phase them, although there were a few serious head-scratching times.

The work they did has transformed an unusable space into a lovely en-suite we can be proud of and a bathroom set up that was dated, to say the least, into a modern functional area makes the most of the space.

Additionally, the additional manpower the boys brought in (plasterers and electrician) were top notch and everyone has completed a job they can be proud of, I know we are.

Throughout the 3+ weeks of the work the boys kept us informed all the way through, accepting changes where needed and even helping us out by fitting a radiator in another room, all with professionalism and humour. They were tidy, punctual and a pleasure ti have working in our house.

When getting something as major as a bathroom installed, it is natural to be nervous of companies that you may not have heard of before, but we can wholeheartedly recommend these lads, they obviously have a strong friendship and complement each other well, they do an excellent professional job.

The Norfolk Bathroom Company recently refurbished an existing bathroom for us, and created a new ensuite bathroom at our holiday cottage in North Norfolk. The ensuite was to be located in what was a storage cupboard off a ground floor bedroom, with no existing plumbing or drainage running to or from the room at all. The existing, long bathroom needed completely gutting and refitting. In addition, we wanted to create a new storage room at one of this bathroom to replace the room we were losing by creating the ensuite. This involved a new wall being built and a new doorway being knocked through from the hallway.

Rob and Robbie have shown themselves to be extremely professional and capable at what they do, from the way the quote was initially handled, ordering sanitary ware and booking the work in, right through to the completion of the finished bathrooms. They have all the skills needed between them to do all the work themselves, so there are no days lost waiting for tilers, plasterers and carpenters. Our job was a big and complicated one, involving the digging of new drains and running new pipework. Any problems encountered along the way were dealt with very competently, such as the need to install a new pressurised hot water cylinder along the way. This all came in on budget and there were no nasty surprises.

Over the four weeks that Rob and Robbie were working on our property, they sent daily photographs showing the work carried out that day, and proved themselves to be completely trustworthy. They were a pleasure to have around, always good humoured and friendly, and our neighbours also spoke very highly of them. I have no hesitation in recommending The Norfolk Bathroom Company, and would not hesitate to use them again. They have created two truly beautiful rooms, and my family and I are thoroughly delighted with the end result. Thank you!

Being a senior citizen I was a little bit nervous having to organise a new boiler for my home. My daughter however found the perfect company. The Norfolk Bathroom Company! Immediately on their arrival they put me at ease. They were polite, punctual and most importantly have done the most fabulous job. Unbeknown to me all the pipe work in my house was incorrect. Rob with patience and his knowledge has now corrected everything and at last my radiators are piping hot. There was minimal mess and the job was completed in good time.

I made a call, left a message and Rob phoned back within the hour...arranging to visit my home later that day. I told them what I had in mind and both Robs guided me through the various options available. I made my decision, they measured up...and pointed me in the direction of the excellent City Plumbing Supplies in Norwich and within a few days I had a computer generated image of what my new bathroom would look like. Six weeks later it became a reality and I now have the perfect shower room designed to my own specifications. I can't praise enough the professionalism and workmanship of the the two Robs and the sub-contracted electricians.... and it was fun having them around for the five days it took to complete the work.

So we were looking for someone to help us with ideas for keeping the upgrade "in keeping" with the house.
